Friday, March 4
  • 8AM Camp Welcome Stevens Park

  • 9AM 2-3 hour Mountainous trail run from Stevens Park

  • Noon Post Run snacks/refreshments

  • 3 to 5PM Athlete free time to explore Santa Barbara

  • 5:30PM Dinner(families welcome) and Nutrition Clinic

Saturday, March 5
  • 8AM 2 -3 Hour Mountainous trail run Cold Springs Trail Head

  • 11 to 12: Post Run snacks/refreshments

    and training plan building clinic.

sunday, March 6
  • 8AM 1 - 2 hour Beach (flatter) trail run from Goleta Beach

  • 10AM Strength/PT/Injury Prevention Clinic

  • Noon Goodbye Lunch
