9AM 2-3 hour Mountainous trail run from Stevens Park
Noon Post Run snacks/refreshments
3 to 5PM Athlete free time to explore Santa Barbara
5:30PM Dinner(families welcome) and Nutrition Clinic
Saturday, March 5
8AM 2 -3 Hour Mountainous trail run Cold Springs Trail Head
11 to 12: Post Run snacks/refreshments
and training plan building clinic.
sunday, March 6
8AM 1 - 2 hour Beach (flatter) trail run from Goleta Beach
10AM Strength/PT/Injury Prevention Clinic
Noon Goodbye Lunch
